What service do you use to ship your products?

Shipping for all Imagination Millwork products are via UPS Ground Service. Unless the order exceeds the dimensional/weight limitation and then shipping will be via a LTL freight carrier.  Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box; however, all will be shipped via UPS or LTL Carrier.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your individual product. Shipping times are based on your location. We do not charge a handling fee. Shipping charges, based on these criteria, are calculated at checkout. LTL freight charges are NOT calculated at checkout and are considered a custom order.

Do you ship outside of the US or to Post Office Boxes?

U. S. Shipping Only! - Sorry but at this time shipping is only available within the contiguous United States and Alaska. WE DO NOT SHIP TO CANADA.  Please check back periodically for changes in this policy.

P.O. Boxes: Imagination Millwork cannot ship to post office boxes.

How long does it take to ship?

We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible and you will be notified, via your provided email address, as soon as your order is completed and ready for shipping. All built-to-order products are shipped, from our warehouse, via UPS standard ground services and generally will arrive within 3-7 business days. If there is a delay, we will also notify you by email. Custom orders can be shipped via LTL Carriers and delivery times vary.

How long does it take to build my product?

Imagination Millwork's processing time for built-to-order products is approximately (3) three weeks from the date of the accepted order depending on the current production volume. Custom order processing time varies based on the complexity of the project.

Important information about your shipment

Upon receiving your shipment, please immediately inspect the items carefully for damaged or missing items. Products, no matter how well packaged, have the potential to sustain damage during shipment, even if the carton appears to be in good condition. All shipping claims must be handled within 48-hours of receiving your order. Claims made after 48-hours will not be honored. If you received your order and it is damaged, defective, or has an incorrect product, please contact our Sales/Customer Service department at 301-874-1160 ext 2.

Do you charge tax?

Imagination Millwork will collect sales tax and/or other applicable taxes on all orders shipped within the state of Maryland. All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on your final order or receipt. State sales, and other tax, rates are subject to change at any time.

Other Conditions

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Imagination Millwork, Inc. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time without notification.
