Return & Cancellation Policy
FINAL SALE POLICY (NO RETURNS ALLOWED)
- Discounted, closeout, modifed, or installed products.
- Custom designed, custom ordered, and custom built products.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders may only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of order placement.
RETURNS
- Returns on standard products must be made within 14 days of order receipt.
- Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be issued for all returns.
- Please contact our Customer Service department for RGA number.
- Customer will pay for the return shipping for all orders refused or returned.
- A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all refused or returned orders.
- Items must be unmodifed, unused, and in resalable condition to qualify for refund.
- Items must be returned in packaging that is UPS approved.
- Any items that are damaged in return shipping will not qualify for refund.
- Imagination Millwork is not responsible for any labor costs incurred with the installation of wrong or defective products.
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be issued only after Imagination Millwork receives returned items and determines that the request meets our policy requirements.
- Refunds will be issued to customer's original payment method or as store credit.
- Imagination Millwork is not responsible for any labor costs incurred with the installation of wrong or defective products.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS
- Do not install defective or incorrect orders; no returns are allowed for installed items.
- Defective or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of receiving.
- Pictures of defective or incorrect product MUST be sent to sales@imaginationmillwork.com within 48 hours of receipt.
- Imagination Millwork is not responsible for any labor costs incurred with the installation of wrong or defective products.
SHIPPING DAMAGE AND CLAIMS
- All shipping claims must be handled within 48-hours of receiving your order
- Please inspect your shipment immediately for damaged packaging or product.
- Products, no matter how well packaged, have the potential to sustain damage during shipment, even if the carton appears to be in good condition.
- Immediately send photos of any damaged packaging and product to sales@imaginationmillwork.com.
OTHER CONDITIONS
- These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Imagination Millwork, Inc. signs them or not.
- We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time without notification.
